Instructions - Retail Yard

Prices are listed on the attached sheet for the products available. For small amounts of material, we suggest you count pails full of material and use the price per pail full listed. Pails should be 10 quart or 2.5 Gallon Size.

For larger amounts of material you may estimate your volume and use the price listed per cubic yard. Remembering that 3 pails full equal one cubic foot and 27 cubic feet equal one cubic yard (or approximately 80 pails full per cubic yard).

Or you may use the price listed per 100 lbs. To do this you must first weigh your vehicle on the truck scale located ahead between the pit road and the pond. To use the scale; drive onto it, read &/or write down the weight displayed. When you have loaded your material, drive back onto the truck scale and weigh it again. No weigh ticket is printed. Subtract your empty weight from your loaded weight to get your the net/total weight of material. Pay us based on that amount.

Please DO NOT drive past the scale!

If you need assistance and it is during normal business hours, remain parked next to the scale with your vehicle facing the processing area and turn your head lights on. A loader operator will come over to help you. DO NOT, Under any circumstances get out of your vehicle or drive around between the large piles of materials. This is extremely dangerous!

Please select and load the material you want, then

Fill out a sales slip with type of material & quantity you loaded
Place sales slip with your payment, cash or check made out to Drenth Brothers, Inc. in envelope provided.
Put envelope into slot of smaller mail box
